RCTV Bio
Because of his on and off TV career, you might think that Paul Kiener is the official substitute VJ slash host of RCTV. But you are absolutely right. If you don't see this guy in Real Access, he is probably mountain climbing, zip lining, water rafting, and doing other stunts that nobody dares to perform in Make My Trip.
This sports buff's entertainment career started when RCTV Big Boss Johann Young told him “I'm going to make you famous!” Though according to him he is still waiting, he make use of his time as a VJ for Real Access. His waiting paid off.
Ask Paul about his hosting experience and he will tell you a mouthful. One experience he will never forget is when he couldn't finish hosting on a Friday night because of a misbehaving stomach. But such “misfortunes” can't stop this hyperactive guy. “Best thing about being on RCTV is getting to travel for free!” he said with a grin. “I'm proud to be an RCTV talent (I don't have talent, but that's what they call me, so I'll go along with it...) because it's Cebuano TV. It makes me feel proud to be a part of something that helps our city progress by informing and enlightening people with its shows.” he added.
Just one tip. Don't ask Paul something about himself. He will just answer you, “Ahhhmm, should I say something, or should you just come and find out? I'm a friendly guy, come and say hi!”
Contrary to what we think, Paul never want to be a substitute VJ slash host forever. “I want to get more experience in TV and hopefully have a show of my own soon!” And just recently, Paul's dream of having his own show came to reality. Let's see more of him in Make My Trip.
